Christina is amazing! Extremely patient and knowledgeable. Great recommendation on food and very attentive to our food allergies. This place is so cute, clean and big. We sat outside which is inside. Decor is very cute. We had the red snapper which was mouth watering infused with garlic. Aburi with crispy rice was just wow!! Ceviche was yummy perfect amount of lime. Chicken fried rice was yummy, flavorful and right amount of garlic. Overall great experience here, definitely coming back.

At first, I was a little put off by some Reddit reviews saying this food was mid but honestly it was actually pretty good. The fish was fresh and our server was knowledgeable. The lomo saltado was alright. It was my first time eating it and it just tasted like meat and rice. The rice was flavored really well though.

Overall: An absolute must! I've never been to the south beach location but the one on 3rd is amazing and life changing. I make sure I hit this place whenever I'm passing through. Lomo Saltado is the best I've ever had and the ceviches are all dynamite.

This a Miami staple with no doubt! It was renovated around a year ago and it looks much better! The food remains delicious, you never can go wrong with the púlpito herradura and the lomo saltado! Plates are great to share if you come in a group, but I sometimes decide not to share any of my lomo lol. Service is quick and very friendly. If it's your first time in Miami, trust me this is a must.

The food was mind blowingly & surprisingly so good. Although you can find other Peruvian restaurants in FL, this place does everything extremely well. Each dish looks and tastes great, the quality is superb, and their seafood was so fresh! Literally everything we had was amazing--even the children's food my niece and nephew ordered were absolutely amazing! The drinks were equally just as great as the food! We went back twice!!

I went to CVI.CHE 105 for a work dinner on a weekday night. The space is huge with plenty of seating and the staff was super friendly and great with getting us seated. I had a pisco sour to start which was refreshing. We were pretty hungry so I got a ceviche (Ceviche del Barrio) as well as a sushi roll (Surf and Turf Roll) to eat. The ceviche was so fresh! I loved the crunchy calamari, the corn and sweet potato puree, and the fish was so tender. The roll too was delicious, I'd never seen a roll with steak on top! This was super filling just by itself honestly. Overall, great flavors and cool spot.

2/26/2025 - This is a PERUVIAN restaurant in the downtown Miami. It opened 12 years ago. CONCHAS GRATIN 105 (Fresh Peruvian scallops) is okay - I prefer seared scallops. TRILOGIA DE CEVICHES has three different sauces (Yellow pepper, rocoro smoking and lechetiger). The ambience is very good with a constant DJ jarrelmusic playing, and a valid parking is $20. Franco Chipoco, the on duty manager, came to our table to make sure our food are prepared correctly, which made us feel "Welcome!" The desert, SOUFFLE DE FRESA Y DURAZNO $14, is also very good with an excellent presentation!

Believe it or not ChatGPT recommended this restaurant when I asked it to plan my itinerary for me, so we went on its recommendation. The restaurant is beautiful and there was no wait. We ordered a few of the recommended items from the waitress, including a ceviche, risotto, sampler platter, and other items. While the name of the restaurant is ceviche, our ceviche was just ok not spectacular. Overall it was expensive, beautiful vibe, good service and pretty good food.
